The Alternative Board® (TAB)
TAB is an international private membership organization for the small-to-midsize business owner. Every month, Kodyne's president, Mark Komen, TAB's Certified Facilitator for the North/Central Minneapolis metropolitan area, facilitates meetings with the heads of companies from non-competing businesses to share opportunities and challenges. Drawing from the collective wisdom and experience of the group, members offer suggestions and advice aimed at helping each other succeed in a candid, yet supportive, small group atmosphere. In addition, Mark meets with each executive in private coaching sessions to help themachieve their personal and professional goals.

Mark is now offering Entrepreneur Boards - a new TAB experience aimed at the very small business owner or one new to running a business. These monthly board meetings feature business educational presentations coupled with a board meeting where board members provide advice and support for each other.
